the attachment of my Kenmore vacuum cleaner often gets clogged up with carpet residue and dust, thus I started using the floor attachment to do the carpeting, and the piece that attaches to the long nozzle keeps coming off.
I used to have that exact vacuum. I used it for over 12 years.
